Well to be frank there is currently no way of playing Tales of Xillia on PC simply because the “Emulator” you would need one that can emulate ps3 games and to my knowledge there’s only 1 that started out this year in march.

you can and should do post game before considering NG+. There’s no Grade Shop in this Game for NG+. if you already finished all side quests and optional bosses, you won’t be spending too much time on the game anymore (at least on hard difficulty) but the trip is worth it.
