Endermologie® stimulates the skin and underlying fat to soften them. This stimulation targets fat and promotes blood and lymphatic circulation.
Can you do Endermologie everyday?
Can I do Endermologie every day? We recommend allowing your tissue to rest in between treatment, general recommendations include no more than 1-2 treatments per week.
Does Endermologie help you lose weight?
A series of endermologie® treatments will not reduce weight but they can definitely complement a weight loss program as the treatment targets specific areas resistant to diet and exercise. If you eat less, you will lose weight where it’s easiest to lose it, such as the face, breasts and upper body.

How long does Endermologie take to work?
Usually, the first signs of positive results can appear at around the third session, yet the best, most long-lasting results won’t appear until you are approaching the end of your treatment plan. After around 6 sessions, you should have an idea of how the treatment area should look going forward.

No. Endermologie and liposuction tackle two very different types of fats. Liposuction removes fat from the actual fat layer beneath the skin, whereas Endermologie works on fats trapped within skin fibers just underneath the skin.

Most studies show that massage techniques, including endermologie, make your skin look better for a short time but offer no long-term benefit. Some experts worry that the suction can cause your skin to slacken prematurely, making it look worse.
