Rogue dps is fine imo, a lot of it is using stuff at the right times and gear. Rogue is probably one of the most gear dependent specs. As far as leveling goes, outlaw is the best leveling spec imo. Early sin is terrible, it’s basically mut and rupture spamming since energy regen is so slow.
