Aiming for spots near the blister’s edge, puncture it a few times with the needle. Allow the fluid to drain, while leaving the overlying skin in place. Spread the blister area with petroleum jelly or a similar ointment. Cover the blister with a non-stick gauze bandage.
What are fluid-filled bumps called?

Few studies have looked at the immune response in people with dyshidrotic eczema, so it is unclear if it has an autoimmune component.
