Due to our unprecedented growth, next year there will be a very limited number of Family Housing (Students with children) and Married Housing (Married Students, no children) units.

Each unit comes with a sizable kitchen and all the necessary appliances, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a bed, a built-in desk, a walk-in closet and cable and internet connections. The four-bedroom apartment is 1,062 square feet.

Do students drink at GCU?
Grand Canyon University is a dry campus. The possession and consumption of alcohol while on campus is strictly prohibited among faculty, staff and students. Additionally, individuals cannot be under the influence of alcohol while on GCU’s campus.
Can you party at GCU?
