Does the Dell Inspiron 1520 battery charge when plugged in?
The battery charges at normal rate; however, when the charger is plugged into laptop it somehow disables the mouse pad only the joy stick moves the curser. wierd but charges fine. We wanted to fire up our old Dell Inspiron 1520 to look for some files but discovered we did not have a power adapter for it.
